Role Description The Lead Social Media Videographer & AI Content Creator is a contract, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for planning, shooting, and editing high-quality video content optimized for social media platforms, aligned with Ku.sé’s design-driven brand narrative.

Day-to-day work includes leading video production for campaigns, capturing behind-the-scenes content, collaborating with designers and strategists to develop visual storylines, and ensuring consistent aesthetics across all outputs. The role also involves using AI-driven tools to generate, refine, and repurpose content, experimenting with new formats, and tracking performance to inform future creative approaches.

Videographer & AI Content Creator will maintain production workflows, manage basic equipment setups, and contribute ideas for innovative, emotionally engaging visual content.

Qualifications

- Robust practical skills in Video Production, including planning, storyboarding, and post-production workflows.
- Proficiency in Camera Operation and Camera handling for various formats and social media requirements.
- Solid understanding of Lighting techniques to achieve consistent, high-quality visual output.
- Hands-on experience Shooting Video in dynamic, design-focused environments such as studios, workshops, and on-location settings.
- Comfort working on-site in Gurugram with cross-functional creative teams and clients.
- Experience using AI tools for content creation, editing, enhancement, and repurposing across platforms.
- Knowledge of social media trends, formats, and best practices for video content on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) and basic motion graphics tools.
- Strong visual storytelling skills, attention to detail, and an eye for composition and design.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to feedback in a fast-paced creative environment.
- Prior experience in design, advertising, or creative agencies is beneficial.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory
