Duties and Responsibilities

1. Minimizing fraud complaints to ensure robust company reputation

2. Ensure that all fraud complaints are investigated completely and coordinate with the field team for further action.

3. Coordinate with the Field team to file police complaints/FIR against fraudsters.

4. Ensuring a robust deterrent is sent in the market by timely action and investigations of all fraud cases.

5. Improvising preventive processes to reduce the reputation fraud complaints.

6.



Building metrics and dashboards of all fraud-related processes to enable effective management of each process and drive efficiencies.

7. Ensuring a strong deterrent is sent in the market by timely action and investigations of fraud cases.
