Role & responsibilities

- Lead India-wide EHS strategy, governance and Zero Harm initiatives.

- Drive safety, environmental compliance, sustainability and ESG programs.

- Lead multi-site EHS teams across manufacturing and business operations.

- Manage risk assessment, incident investigation, audits and regulatory compliance.

- Drive ISO 14001 / ISO 45001, digital EHS and Industry 4.0 initiatives.

- Partner with senior leadership, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, HR and Engineering.

- Lead safety culture transformation, sustainability and decarbonization initiatives

Preferred candidate profile

- 20+ years EHS/EHS&S; leadership experience.

- Minimum 10 years leading multi-site EHS organizations.

- Background in manufacturing / industrial / engineering / energy / technology organizations.

- Robust EHS strategy, safety culture, ESG, sustainability and regulatory compliance experience.

- Experience with large-scale manufacturing & supply chain operations.

- Strong Industry 4.0 / digital EHS / smart manufacturing exposure.

- Executive-level stakeholder and team leadership experience.
