Role Description:

- This is a full-time leadership role responsible for defining and driving Ecofy’s product vision and roadmap across green lending and sustainability-focused offerings.
- This position is based in Mumbai, and involves collaborating closely with business, technology, risk, and operations teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include shaping product strategy, conducting market and customer research, prioritizing features, and overseeing end-to-end product development and lifecycle management.
- The Product Lead will analyze performance metrics, optimize existing products,



identify new opportunities, and ensure that product initiatives align with Ecofy’s sustainability mission and commercial goals.
- This role also includes mentoring product team members, managing stakeholder communication, and ensuring a consistent, customer-centric experience across all product lines.

Qualifications:

- Strong product strategy and product management skills, with experience defining roadmaps and managing product lifecycles.
- Excellent analytical skills and market research capabilities to interpret data, identify trends, and inform product decisions.
- Clear and effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present product plans to leadership.
- Proven experience in financial services, fintech, sustainability, or green products is highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver results in a fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
