- 8 years of experience in Production Engineering, expertise in offshore production activities, production surveillance, well performance monitoring, and short-cycle optimization.
- Diagnose production issues using RCA, troubleshooting, data analysis, dashboards, and performance diagnostics; knowledge of well performance, flow assurance, and production systems.
- Ensure compliance with QA/QC, ITP, HSE, and offshore operating standards while minimizing downtime & rework.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with stakeholders, robust communication, mentoring, decision-making, and proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI/Tableau.
