Role Description The Lead role at iXie is a full-time position based in Bengaluru with a hybrid work model, combining on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. The Lead will oversee project execution across game development, art, QA, or analytics teams, ensuring delivery quality, timelines, and alignment with client expectations. Daily responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional team activities, guiding and mentoring team members, monitoring project metrics, and proactively managing risks and dependencies.

The Lead will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, provide clear status updates, and support continuous improvement in processes and workflows.



This role also involves contributing to planning and resource allocation, helping shape best practices that support scalable, high-performance gaming projects.

Qualifications

- Experience leading teams or projects in game development, game art, game QA, or game analytics, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional work.
- Strong skills in project planning, tracking, and stakeholder communication, including status reporting, risk management, and prioritization.
- Ability to mentor and coach team members, foster collaboration, and support a constructive feedback culture.
- Comfort working with production tools, documentation platforms, and collaboration software commonly used in gaming or software development environments.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to interpret metrics and use data to improve quality and efficiency.
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills, suitable for client-facing and internal interactions.
- Prior experience in the gaming industry or related digital media fields is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (such as Computer Science, Game Design, Art, Media, or similar) or equivalent practical experience.
