Role & responsibilities :-

- Lead hardware design & development for BMS (48V, HV & BESS applications).
- Develop schematics, PCB designs, and power electronics circuits.
- Design and validate MOSFET, Contactor, Gate Driver, and Protection Circuits.
- Perform hardware validation, debugging, and root cause analysis.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 26262, AIS-038/156, and HV/LV safety standards.
- Conduct DFMEA, design reviews, and DFM/DFT activities.
- Collaborate with System, Software, Testing, Quality, and Manufacturing teams.
- Mentor junior engineers and support technical discussions with customers and suppliers.

Preferred candidate profile :-

- B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, E&TC;, or related field.
- 7-12 years of experience in Automotive/EV Hardware Design.
- Mandatory experience in BMS product development.
- Robust expertise in Power Electronics, Analog & Digital Circuit Design, and PCB Design.
- Hands-on experience with High Voltage hardware, EMI/EMC, thermal design, and hardware validation.
- Knowledge of ISO 26262, AIS-038/156, DFMEA, DFM, and DFT.
- Experience with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and debugging tools.
- Exposure to EV, Battery Packs, BESS, or Automotive Electronics preferred.
