Ideal for candidates with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills who are eager to build a career in sales.

Key Responsibilities • Identify and connect with potential B2B clients through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels • Generate and qualify leads for the sales team • Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with prospective clients • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients • Follow up with prospects to move them through the sales pipeline • Update and manage customer information in the CRM • Coordinate with sales and technical teams for a smooth customer experience • Achieve monthly lead generation targets • Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports Required Skills • Top-notch communication and interpersonal skills • Good negotiation and convincing abilities • Willingness to work in a target-driven environment • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot) is an added advantage Qualifications • Bachelor's/Master's degree in any discipline (Business/Marketing background preferred) • Freshers welcome; immediate joiners preferred What We Offer • Market-competitive salary with attractive performance incentives • Structured training on B2B sales & CRM tools • Career growth opportunities • Supportive and collaborative work environment
