Lead - E&E; STA Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Lead STA for E&E; commodity; ensure gate readiness, prioritization, and sample availability through to SOP at defined volumes. Own end-to-end technical and quality delivery of E&E; Commodity across NPD and CPE programs. Govern supplier audits and technical capability; drive process robustness and FTG deployment readiness to support RFQ discussions.

Standardize STA methods, development practices, and FTG processes across parts. Ensure adherence to APQP, E‑PPAP, and per-day capacity aligned to mature volumes. Drive stakeholder alignment to deliver first-time-right quality in parts development.

Apply solid process and FTG expertise across Lighting, Wiring Harness, Switches, Clusters, Cooling systems, Wiper systems, and related components. Lead hands-on problem solving with cross-functional teams to deliver timely and effective solutions.
