Role Description

E2E Test Lead

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end testing across multiple applications, interfaces, and business domains.
- Define E2E test strategy, scope, coverage, entry/exit criteria, and release readiness plans.
- Coordinate SIT, E2E, Regression, and UAT activities across business, development, and QA teams.
- Manage test planning, test execution, defect triage, dependency tracking, and issue resolution.
- Ensure end-to-end traceability from requirements through test execution and production validation.
- Drive cross-functional coordination for test data, environments, integrations, and release validation.
- Monitor testing KPIs, quality metrics, defect leakage, and overall program readiness.
- Support knowledge transfer, transition activities, governance reviews, and stakeholder reporting.
- Present testing status, risks, mitigation plans, and go/no-go recommendations to leadership.

Required Experience

- 10+ years in Quality Engineering and Testing,



with 5+ years leading large-scale E2E testing programs.
- 5+ years of experience in Facets healthcare system
- Experience managing complex multi-application, multi-vendor testing engagements.
- Strong expertise in test planning, execution management, defect governance, and release validation.
- Experience with Healthcare Payer platforms and processes including Claims, Enrollment, Membership, Provider, Billing, Care Management, Prior Authorization, and EDI transactions.
- Experience working with distributed onshore/offshore teams and client stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of Jira, qTest, Azure DevOps, and up-to-date QE practices.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Preferred Experience

- Healthcare payer managed services and transition programs.
