We are looking for a hands-on Lead Design Architect with strong experience in US-based residential, high-rise residential and commercial projects.

US project experience is mandatory.

What we’re looking for

10–15+ years of architectural experience

Strong hands-on experience with US projects

Experience in residential, high-rise residential and commercial buildings

Strong knowledge of IBC, ADA and US building codes

Excellent Revit and AutoCAD skills

Experience from concept design through detailed design and IFC documentation

Experience working with US clients and multidisciplinary teams

Must remain hands-on with architectural design, not purely coordination or people management

Revit Tool test is mandatory in the hiring process

Valuable to have

Modular / prefabricated construction experience

Parametric / computational design exposure

Rhino, Dynamo or similar tools

- Architect of Record experience

Important: Candidates without meaningful US project design experience will not be considered.
