Role Overview We are looking for a confident and energetic Lead Generation Executive who will connect with retail brands, architects, visual merchandising teams, and procurement managers to generate qualified business opportunities. This is a B2B calling role focused on appointment generation—not customer support.

Key Responsibilities Make 80–120 outbound calls daily to prospective corporate clients. Identify decision makers in Marketing, VM, Procurement, and Retail Expansion teams.

Introduce Beyond





Retail's retail fixture and signage solutions. Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team. Maintain follow-up records in Excel/CRM. Coordinate with the sales team on lead status and client responses. Build and update a database of retail brands and architects.

Requirements 1–3 years of telecalling or inside sales experience (B2B preferred). Good communication in English and Hindi. Confident speaking with corporate professionals. Comfortable using Excel, LinkedIn, and email. Solid follow-up and persuasion skills.
