Role Description The Lead 3D Visualization and Design role is a full-time, in office position based in Calicut, Kerala, India. The individual in this role leads the development of high-quality 3D visualizations, renderings, and design concepts for hotels, resorts, and mixed-use hospitality projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with architects, interior designers, and project stakeholders to translate design briefs into detailed 3D models, mood boards, and presentation materials.

The role involves managing visualization workflows, maintaining design standards and asset libraries, and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and project requirements. The lead also reviews and refines visual outputs, coordinates timelines,



and mentors junior designers to uphold creative and technical excellence.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong 3D visualization and modeling skills, using industry-standard tools such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, or similar applications.
- Candidates should possess advanced rendering and post-production skills, including experience with engines like V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, or Unreal Engine, and tools such as Photoshop or other image-editing software.
- Candidates should possess design and spatial planning skills, with a solid understanding of architecture, interior design principles, materials, lighting, and composition for hospitality environments.
- Candidates should possess project coordination and leadership skills, including the ability to manage multiple design deliverables, prioritize tasks, and guide junior team members.
- Candidates should possess robust communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and present design concepts clearly to stakeholders.
- A degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Visual Communication, 3D Design, or a related field is beneficial.
- Experience in hospitality, hotel, or resort projects, along with a portfolio showcasing high-quality 3D visualizations, is highly desirable.
- Attention to detail, commitment to deadlines, and openness to feedback and iterative design processes are essential.
