Role Description The Landscape Architect will work full time in a hybrid arrangement based in Mysore, with some flexibility for work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing site-specific landscape designs, preparing planting plans, and coordinating with internal teams and clients to ensure designs align with project requirements and budgets. The role involves conducting site visits, analyzing environmental and spatial conditions, and integrating sustainable, practical, and visually appealing solutions into landscape plans.

The Landscape

Architect will collaborate with vendors and contractors to oversee implementation,



provide guidance on plant selection and placement, and support ongoing maintenance recommendations. The position also includes preparing drawings, presentations, and documentation to communicate concepts clearly to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Landscape Architecture and Landscape Design.
- Candidates should possess skills in Landscape Planning and Landscaping.
- Candidates should possess experience in creating detailed Planting Plans.
- Proficiency in design and drafting tools (e.g., CAD software, landscape design software) and basic project documentation tools.
- Understanding of plant species, soil, climate considerations, and sustainable landscape practices.
- Ability to conduct site analysis, interpret client needs, and translate requirements into practical designs.
- Strong visual communication skills, including the ability to prepare drawings, mood boards, and presentations.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams, clients, and contractors.
- Degree or diploma in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or a related field; relevant project portfolio is highly beneficial.
