Job Title: Lead Business Analyst (LBA) – PEGA Collections

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst (LBA) with strong expertise in PEGA and Collections to support a public sector engagement. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution delivery within a PEGA-based collections setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead business analysis activities for PEGA-based collections projects.
- Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops and facilitate requirement elicitation sessions.
- Translate business requirements into user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Work closely with PEGA architects, developers, and project teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Analyze existing collections processes and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Support solution design discussions and validate that proposed PEGA solutions meet business needs.
- Assist with UAT planning, execution, and business sign-off.




- Manage stakeholder communications and project reporting.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong experience as a Lead Business Analyst.
- Proven experience in Collections domain (Must Have).
- Hands-on experience working on PEGA implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge of business process analysis, requirements gathering, and process mapping.
- Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and workflow documentation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Preferred Skills

- Public Sector project experience.
- Understanding of collections, recoveries, debt management, or customer servicing processes.
- Exposure to PEGA workflow, case management, and business process automation.

Candidate Profile

- Experienced Business Analyst with a strong Collections background.
- Knowledge of PEGA platforms and delivery methodologies.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and engage effectively with cross-functional teams.

Note: Candidates must have both Collections domain experience and PEGA project experience. Profiles lacking either of these mandatory requirements will not be considered.
