We are looking for an experienced and talented Lady Beautician and Nail Artist to join our qualified salon team. The ideal candidate should have strong practical experience in women's hair services, beauty treatments and nail services, along with excellent customer-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities Hair Styling & Hair Services
- Perform ladies' haircuts, styling, blow-dry and finishing.
- Provide hair colouring, global colour, highlights and balayage.
- Perform smoothening, keratin, straightening and other hair treatments.
- Provide hair spa and scalp-care treatments.
- Conduct client consultations and recommend suitable hairstyles and treatments.
- Provide bridal, engagement and occasion hairstyling.
- Maintain knowledge of current hair trends and techniques.
Beauty & Beautician Services
- Provide professional facial, clean-up and de-tan treatments.
- Perform threading, waxing and other basic beauty services.
- Provide manicure and pedicure services.
- Perform body polishing and other salon beauty treatments.
- Understand the client's skin type and recommend suitable treatments.
- Maintain proper hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Recommend appropriate professional beauty and skincare products.
Nail Art & Nail Services
- Perform qualified manicure and pedicure services.
- Provide basic and creative nail art designs.
- Perform nail shaping, buffing and polishing.
- Apply gel polish and other nail enhancements where trained.
- Maintain proper nail hygiene and sanitation.
- Keep updated with current nail-art trends and designs.
Customer Service & Sales
- Welcome and professionally consult with clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and encourage repeat visits.
- Recommend appropriate salon products and treatments.
- Support the salon in achieving service and retail sales targets.
Team Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, organized and hygienic workstation.
- Follow salon SOPs and safety procedures.
- Maintain skilled grooming and appearance.
- Assist and guide junior staff when required.
- Work effectively as part of the salon team.
- Participate in salon training and skill-development programs.
Candidate Requirements
- 3–5+ years of relevant salon experience preferred.
- Strong practical knowledge of ladies' hair and beauty services.
- Experience in nail art will be an added advantage.
- Good customer communication and consultation skills.
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
- Good knowledge of salon products and treatments.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
