Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Laboratory Technician role based in the Greater Delhi Area.

The Laboratory

Technician will perform routine and specialized diagnostic tests, including sample collection, preparation, and analysis, following established protocols.

Responsibilities include operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, monitoring supplies, and ensuring that test results are accurate, timely, and properly documented. The role involves adhering to quality control standards, safety procedures, and infection control guidelines while supporting clinicians with reliable laboratory data.

Technician will collaborate with medical staff to resolve test-related queries and contribute to the efficient functioning of the laboratory.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid laboratory skills, including familiarity with routine procedures and experience working as laboratory technicians.
- Candidates should be proficient in handling and maintaining laboratory equipment, ensuring proper calibration and safe operation.
- Candidates should demonstrate solid quality control knowledge, including adherence to protocols, documentation standards, and regulatory guidelines.
- Candidates should have strong analytical skills to interpret test results, identify discrepancies, and support accurate clinical decision-making.
- Diploma or degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Knowledge of basic computer applications and laboratory information systems for entering and retrieving test data.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow standardized procedures and safety practices.
- Prior experience in a clinical or diagnostic laboratory setting is preferred.
