Panel Advocate / Panel Lawyer – District Legal Services SureLig Assurance Private Limited is expanding its legal service network across Uttar Pradesh and inviting applications from experienced and dedicated Advocates to join our Panel Legal Network .
Key Responsibilities: Handle assigned legal matters and cases as per professional expertise. Represent clients before the appropriate courts, tribunals and authorities, as applicable. Provide legal consultation, drafting, documentation and case-related assistance.
Appear for assigned matters and manage court proceedings professionally. Maintain confidentiality of client information and case documents. Provide timely updates regarding case progress and important developments.
Coordinate with SureLig’s authorized team regarding assigned cases. Handle matters in areas such as Civil,
Criminal, Matrimonial, Property, Consumer, Labour, Corporate and other legal services as per expertise.
Eligibility: Valid Advocate enrollment with the Bar Council. Relevant experience in the concerned court/district. Good communication, professional conduct and case-handling ability. Candidates with established practice in the district are preferred.
Engagement: This is a Panel Advocate / Professional Engagement opportunity. Cases will be assigned based on client requirements, advocate expertise and availability. Skilled fees will be provided as mutually agreed for assigned matters.
