Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Lawyer role based in Nagpur. The Lawyer will review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of real estate documents, including sale agreements, lease deeds, development agreements, and title-related documents. Daily responsibilities include conducting legal due diligence on land parcels, verifying titles, assessing zoning and regulatory compliance, and coordinating with external counsel, government authorities, and internal project teams.

The role also involves advising on risk mitigation, handling legal notices and disputes, supporting approvals and registrations,



and maintaining organized legal records to ensure transactions and projects adhere to all applicable laws and regulations.

Experience: 3-6 years

Location: Wardhaman Nagar, Nagpur

Qualifications

- Strong real estate law expertise, including experience with property transactions, land acquisition, title verification, and zoning/regulatory frameworks.
- Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, legal notices, and other transactional documents.
- Practical experience with compliance, due diligence, and liaison work with government authorities and regulatory bodies.
- Solid research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret statutes, rules, and regulatory guidelines.
- Clear and concise communication skills, with the ability to explain legal risks and options to non-legal stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized institution; enrollment with the Bar Council and eligibility to practice law in India.
- Prior experience in real estate, infrastructure, or corporate law is highly beneficial; familiarity with Nagpur and Maharashtra-specific regulations is an advantage.
