– KITCHEN & BEVERAGES STAFF Department: Kitchen & Beverages Designation: Kitchen & Beverages Staff Industry: Bakery / Café / Restaurant Key ResponsibilitiesKitchen OperationsAssist in daily kitchen preparation and food production. Perform cutting, chopping, peeling, cleaning, and basic food preparation. Assist the Chef/Commis in preparing food items as per standard recipes.

Support order preparation and timely food dispatch. Assist in packing and counter operations whenever required. Maintain proper storage and handling of raw materials. Assist with stock arrangement, inventory handling, and wastage control.

Follow kitchen SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.

Beverages

OperationsPrepare hot and cold beverages as per standard recipes and SOPs. Prepare coffee, tea, cold coffee, shakes, smoothies, and other café beverages. Operate coffee machines, blenders, and beverage equipment safely.

Maintain proper portion control, taste, quality, and presentation. Ensure availability and proper storage of beverage ingredients. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the beverage counter and equipment.

Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for timely order preparation. Follow FIFO and proper wastage-control practices.

General

ResponsibilitiesMaintain cleanliness of the kitchen, beverage counter, equipment,



and work area. Follow proper grooming and uniform standards. Work efficiently during busy hours and maintain timely order completion. Support other departments or sections whenever required. Follow instructions given by the Chef, Manager, or Management. Maintain discipline, teamwork, and professional behaviour. Perform any other operational duties assigned by management.

Required

SkillsBasic knowledge of kitchen and beverage operations. Basic knowledge of food preparation and beverage making. Good hygiene and cleanliness habits. Ability to follow recipes and SOPs. Teamwork and communication skills.

Ability to work in a rapid-paced café/restaurant environment. Willingness to learn and work across different sections. Qualification & ExperienceMinimum 10th pass preferred . Freshers can apply. Prior experience in a bakery, café, restaurant, or food production kitchen will be an advantage.

Working

ConditionsShift-based duty. Standing and working for extended periods may be required. Employee may be required to work in Kitchen, Beverages, Packing, Counter, or Service as per business requirements. Job location may be transferable to any outlet as per business requirement. (phone hidden)
