Guest Experience & Service

- Welcome guests warmly on arrival and ensure a smooth check-in experience.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests throughout their stay.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized services to enhance satisfaction.
- Handle guest requests promptly, courteously, and efficiently.

Guest Feedback & Complaint Handling

- Address guest complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Coordinate with concerned departments for quick resolution of issues.
- Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction after resolution.
- Maintain a guest feedback log and report recurring issues to management.

Coordination & Communication

- Liaise with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, Engineering, and Spa for guest requirements.
- Communicate VIP, repeat guest, and special preference details to relevant teams.
- Ensure special occasions (honeymoon, anniversaries, birthdays) are acknowledged.

Guest Records & Reporting

- Maintain accurate guest profiles and preferences in the PMS.
- Track guest history, special requests,



and complaints for future reference.
- Prepare daily guest relation reports and submit to management.

Reviews & Reputation Management

- Encourage guests to share feedback on online platforms.
- Assist in responding to guest reviews in coordination with management.
- Monitor guest satisfaction scores and suggest improvement initiatives.

Standards & Brand Representation

- Ensure hotel service standards and SOPs are followed at all times.
- Uphold brand image, grooming standards, and qualified conduct.
- Assist in implementing guest engagement programs and loyalty initiatives.

VIP & Special Guest Handling

- Handle VIP, foreign, long-stay, and repeat guests with special attention.
- Arrange amenities, welcome letters, and personalized experiences for key guests.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
