Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Junior Product Designer to support our design and product development team, with a specific focus on creating and managing tech packs. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail, basic knowledge of 3D garment design (CLO), and a passion for precision in documentation. The position is based in our Noida office.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the creation of detailed tech packs for new designs, including specifications, materials, measurements, trims, and construction details.
Maintain and update tech packs based on feedback and product development changes.
Ensure high accuracy and attention to detail in all documentation including BOMs,
stitching guides, and size specs.
Coordinate with designers, product developers, and production teams to gather and confirm technical details.
Organize and manage a central repository for all tech pack documents with proper version control and naming conventions.
Ensure that all documentation adheres to internal standards and industry compliance requirements.
Utilize basic knowledge of CLO 3D garment design software to create simple 3D visualizations supporting tech packs.
Support communication between the design and manufacturing teams by providing clear and accurate visual and written documentation.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Design, Fashion Technology, or a related field.
Understanding of garment construction and apparel development processes.
Experience or coursework related to tech pack creation and garment documentation.
Basic working knowledge of CLO 3D garment software is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Excel, and relevant documentation tools.
Previous experience in protective apparel or industrial clothing is an advantage (but not required).
