We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Quality Inspector to join our Quality Department. The candidate will be responsible for conducting in-line inspections, maintaining quality inspection records, and assisting the Senior Quality Inspector in ensuring that products meet the required quality standards as per ISO 9001:2015.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-line inspections of products during the manufacturing process.
- Perform dimensional and visual inspections as per technical drawings and specifications.
- Fill out and maintain in-line inspection reports and quality-related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 quality management system requirements.
- Identify and report quality deviations, defects, and non-conformities to the Senior Quality Inspector.
- Provide support to the Senior Quality Inspector in daily quality control activities.
- Ensure proper maintenance of inspection records and documentation.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) is mandatory.
- Basic practical experience in using a Vernier Caliper is required.
- Basic understanding of dimensional inspection and engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of quality inspection procedures and documentation will be an advantage.
- Freshers with basic practical knowledge of measuring instruments may also apply.
- Positive attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
