Qualification:

- Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Diploma in Architecture
- Architectural / Civil Draftsman Qualification

Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year

This is not a purely desk-based drafting role.

The selected candidate will work closely with our team on real estate redevelopment, building permissions and liaisoning assignments across Mumbai, with significant exposure to field coordination and government approval processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Regular follow-up of ongoing approval applications and project files
- Visiting MCGM/BMC and other concerned government/semi-government departments for liaisoning and document follow-ups
- Submission, collection and tracking of applications, letters, NOCs and approval documents
- Coordinating with architects, licensed surveyors, structural consultants and other project professionals
- Maintaining project-wise approval and follow-up trackers
- Preparing letters, submissions, checklists and basic technical documentation
- Attending site visits, taking measurements and recording site conditions
- Assisting in preparation and checking of architectural drawings whenever required
- Following up with clients, societies, consultants and various project stakeholders
- Learning and assisting in matters relating to DCPR 2034,



redevelopment regulations and building permission procedures
- Maintaining proper records of remarks, compliance requirements and pending approvals

We are looking for someone who:

- Is comfortable travelling extensively within Mumbai for official and project-related work
- Is confident in communicating and following up with different departments and professionals
- Is disciplined and persistent with follow-ups
- Has basic knowledge of AutoCAD and building drawings
- Can understand technical documents and instructions
- Is organised and capable of maintaining proper records and trackers
- Has a willingness to learn government approval procedures and redevelopment regulations
- Is interested in developing a long-term career in real estate liaisoning, redevelopment and development approvals The role will provide practical exposure to the complete lifecycle of a redevelopment project — from technical documentation and feasibility to approvals, departmental coordination and execution.
