NZM Gen AI is a technology-focused company building modern web applications and AI-enabled solutions. We are looking for a motivated Junior Full-Stack Developer who is interested in building practical applications using Python, Django, React, and modern web technologies.
Role Overview
As a Junior Full-Stack Developer, you will work on both backend and frontend development. You will contribute to developing web applications, REST APIs, database-driven features, authentication systems, and responsive user interfaces.
This is a fully remote work-from-home position, suitable for freshers and early-career developers who have a strong foundation in programming and are eager to work on real-world projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using Python and Django
- Build REST APIs using Django REST Framework
- Develop responsive and interactive interfaces using React.js
- Work with JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3
- Work with databases such as MySQL
- Implement authentication, authorization and CRUD functionality
- Integrate React applications with backend REST APIs
- Debug, test and improve application functionality
- Use Git and GitHub for version control
- Write clean, maintainable and reusable code
- Collaborate with the team remotely to understand requirements and deliver features
- Learn and work with modern web and AI technologies when required
Required Skills
- Good understanding of Python
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Django
- Understanding of Django REST Framework
- Knowledge of REST APIs
- Knowledge of React.js
- Good understanding of JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3
- Familiarity with MySQL
- Understanding of Git and GitHub
- Basic understanding of HTTP and web application architecture
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills
- Willingness to learn

- Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap
- Basic Docker knowledge
- Basic AWS/cloud knowledge
- MongoDB
- AI/LLM API integration
- AI agents or related projects

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Technology, or a related field
- 0–1 year of experience
- Fresh graduates are welcome

Pay: ₹381,000.00 - ₹640,000.00 per year
