Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. – Mechanical Engineering
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and study production and engineering drawings.
- Coordinate with PPC and Production teams for daily production requirements.
- Plan and follow up Laser Cutting and Bending activities.
- Provide drawings and cutting details to Laser Cutting and Bending teams.
- Check drawings, dimensions, material specifications, and quantities.
- Monitor job progress from Laser Cutting → Bending → Fabrication / Assembly.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Quality, Stores, Purchase, and PPC departments.
- Follow up on material availability and production status.
- Identify drawing or production-related issues and coordinate for solutions.
- Support new product development and prototype activities.
- Prepare and update BOM, drawings, and production documents.
- Support engineering changes and product improvements.
- Maintain PPC/NPD records and reports.
- Ensure activities are completed as per the production plan.
- Follow company Quality, Safety, 5S, and ISO procedures.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in PPC / NPD / Production Engineering.
- Good knowledge of Laser Cutting and CNC Bending processes.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD / NX / SolidWorks will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of BOM and material requirements.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel.
Preferred Industry Experience in sheet metal, fabrication, automotive, trailer, or manufacturing industry will be preferred.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
