Position: Junior Designer

Type: Full-time

We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who enjoys design and creativity, likes exploring new tools and ideas, and wants to build their skills through hands-on experience across different projects. You don’t need to know everything already. What matters most is your willingness to learn, adapt, take feedback, and improve along the way.

What you’ll be doing

- Create designs for social media, branding, presentations, campaigns, and other creative needs.
- Work with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or other design tools you’re comfortable with.
- Create catchy social media snippets, short videos, and course creatives. Pro-level video skills aren’t required; basic knowledge and a willingness to learn are enough.
- Support the team with clean and engaging PPTs, documents, and visual materials. Assist with basic documentation using Google Slides, Docs, and Sheets when required.
- Contribute creative ideas and support the execution of ongoing projects.
- Explore different visual approaches, tools, and formats to find effective design solutions.
- Collaborate with different teams and understand requirements before starting a task.
- Keep design files, folders, and creative assets organised and easy for the team to work with.
- Follow established workflows and communicate clearly about progress, timelines, or anything that may affect the work.





We would love it if you:

- Have a basic understanding of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or similar tools.
- Have a good eye for layout, typography, colour, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
- Are eager to learn new skills, tools, and workflows.
- Pay attention to detail, consistency, and quality.
- Can manage assigned tasks responsibly and work well within a team.
- Are open to feedback and willing to learn from every project.
- Enjoy being a supportive and collaborative team player.
- Have a laptop/PC with specifications that can comfortably support your work.
- Take initiative by exploring ideas, trying new approaches, and learning through experience. Be open to feedback, reflect on what works, and continuously improve with each project.

- Content creation
- UI/UX basics or Figma
- Motion graphics or animation
- AI-powered creative tools
