Role Description The Junior Architect will support senior team members in preparing design drawings, detailed documentation, and coordination packages for a variety of projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing architectural plans and elevations, refining design concepts, and translating design intent into accurate, buildable drawings.

The role involves collaborating with architects, engineers,



and external partners, organizing project information, and assisting with documentation for approvals and construction.

The Junior

Architect will also help maintain drawing standards, update revisions, and ensure consistency across project deliverables. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad.

Qualifications

- Robust foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design , with the ability to translate concepts into clear, coordinated drawings.
- Basic understanding of Project Management principles, including timelines, coordination, and documentation control.
- Proficiency in architectural drafting and modeling tools and familiarity with building codes and standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team, manage tasks with attention to detail, and communicate clearly in written and spoken English.
- Willingness to learn, adapt to project requirements, and maintain accuracy under deadlines.
