We are looking for a Fresher or Junior Advocate with up to 1 year of experience to join our team as an Associate. The candidate should have a genuine interest in Income Tax and GST Litigation and be willing to build a long-term career in tax litigation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research related to Income Tax and GST laws.
- Assist in drafting petitions, replies, applications, submissions and other legal documents.
- Assist senior advocates in Court proceedings and hearings.
- Prepare case notes, legal briefs and research materials.
- Assist with case preparation and documentation.
- Track relevant judgments, notifications, circulars and amendments.
- Provide general assistance to the team in tax litigation matters.
Candidate Requirements
- LLB / Law Graduate with a valid law degree.
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience as a junior advocate/associate.
- Robust interest in Income Tax & GST Litigation.
- Good legal research and drafting skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and work on a long-term basis.
- Candidates looking for short-term internships or temporary opportunities are not preferred.
