Role Description The Junior Business Development Specialist (Fresher) will support the growth of Teknowgrade Pvt Ltd by identifying potential learners and partner organizations, and promoting our learning solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting lead generation activities, qualifying prospects, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The specialist will perform market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitor offerings, and share insights with the team.





The role involves engaging with prospective and existing customers through calls, emails, and in-person interactions to provide information, address queries, and ensure a positive experience. This is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru, requiring close collaboration with sales, marketing, and operations teams.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with learners and partners.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Market Research skills to identify opportunities and understand market trends.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate performance, and support decision-making.
- Relevant skills such as basic CRM usage, MS Office proficiency, and interest in EdTech or education services are beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
