Role Description This is a full-time, in office Junior Accountant role based in Bhopal.

The Junior

Accountant will support day-to-day accounting operations, including recording transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and assisting with accounts payable and receivable.

Responsibilities include preparing basic financial reports, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records. The role also involves assisting with tax and compliance documentation, supporting audits,



and coordinating with project teams to track expenses and budgets.

The Junior

Accountant will collaborate with senior finance staff to implement financial controls and improve accounting processes.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge of accounting principles and standards, including journal entries, ledgers, and basic financial statements.
- Ability to work with accounting software and MS Excel for data entry, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills for managing multiple records and deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with finance colleagues, project teams, and external stakeholders.
- Understanding of basic taxation and compliance requirements relevant to corporate and infrastructure projects (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field; relevant internships or 0–2 years of experience in accounting are an advantage.
- Integrity, reliability, and a willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced infrastructure environment.
