Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for Junior Architects and Interns.

Responsibilities include assisting in architectural design, preparing drawings and 3D models, supporting project documentation, and coordinating with senior architects on design development. Team members will help in creating presentations, updating design revisions, and ensuring that project deliverables meet quality and regulatory standards. The role also involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, participating in site visits, and supporting basic integration of design-related software tools into the workflow.

Qualifications

- Strong foundational skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into drawings and visual representations.
- Basic understanding of Software Development and Integration as they apply to design tools, modeling software, and collaborative platforms.




- Ability to support Project Management activities, including organizing documentation, tracking progress, and coordinating with project teams.
- Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar), and willingness to learn new tools.
- Degree or ongoing studies in Architecture or a related field, with a portfolio demonstrating design capability and technical skills.
- Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work collaboratively in a structured, deadline-driven environment.
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
- Interest in sustainable design practices and familiarity with basic building codes and standards is beneficial.
