ROLE DESCRIPTION

We're looking for an Junior Account Manager (0-2 years) who owns client relationships with confidence. You know how to manage expectations, navigate feedback, keep projects on track, and make clients feel like the most important account we have -- because to you, they are.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING (a.k.a. Your Daily Toast)

- Owning client relationships and being the primary point of contact for assigned accounts




- Managing briefs, timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple projects
- Coordinating with creative, content, strategy, and production teams for seamless delivery
- Preparing and presenting project updates, campaign reports, and strategy decks
- Identifying growth opportunities within existing client relationships
- Using AI tools to streamline reporting, deck creation, and client communication

AI TOOLS WE USE

ChatGPT / Claude - client communication drafts, report writing, and meeting prep

Notion AI / Gamma - presentation and proposal generation

Loom - async client updates and walkthroughs

Slack / Monday.com - project coordination and client communication

Google Analytics / Meta Business Suite - performance reporting

This is an In Person, In office Role based out of Ahmedabad.
