- Handle walk-in customers, inbound enquiries, and assigned leads at the project or site.

- Understand customer requirements including budget, location, property type, configuration, and investment needs.

- Explain project details, specifications, amenities, pricing, payment plans, offers, and other relevant information to customers.

- Conduct and coordinate property or project site visits for prospective customers.

- Build strong relationships with customers and understand their property requirements.

- Follow up regularly with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

- Handle customer queries and objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions.

- Generate new sales opportunities through lead follow-up, referrals, networking, and other available sources.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, site visits, follow-ups, and sales in CRM or Excel.

- Coordinate with the telecalling, marketing, documentation, and site teams for smooth customer handling.





- Negotiate with customers within approved company policies and work towards closing deals.

- Achieve assigned monthly sales and site-visit targets.

- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports and provide regular updates to management.

- 1–4 years of experience in real estate sales.

- Experience in on-site or project sales is preferred.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Solid convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.

- Ability to conduct property presentations and site visits effectively.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
