Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Architect role based in Bengaluru.

The Junior

Architect will support the design and development of architectural projects, preparing concept sketches, 2D drawings, and 3D models under the guidance of senior team members. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with space planning, design detailing, and documentation, as well as coordinating with internal teams to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the project lifecycle. The role involves contributing to presentations, updating design materials,



and supporting project reviews, while maintaining alignment with project timelines and standards.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear drawings and models.
- Experience or familiarity with Software Development and Integration in the context of architectural tools and workflows (e.g., CAD/BIM integration, design software interoperability).
- Basic knowledge of Project Management principles, including time management, task coordination, and documentation practices.
- Proficiency in common architectural design software (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and presentation tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent accredited qualification.
- Attention to detail, strong visual and spatial awareness, and the ability to work collaboratively in a studio environment.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn from feedback and mentorship.
- Interest in experimental and innovative design approaches, particularly in hospitality, residential, and large-scale developments.
