 Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

 5+ years of hands-on site experience, preferably with a builder/developer or civil contractor.

 Good understanding of RCC and finishing works, including shuttering, reinforcement, masonry, plaster, waterproofing and flooring.

 Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings.

 Basic knowledge of MEP coordination and the ability to identify drawing/site clashes.

 Basic knowledge of quantity measurement, contractor billing and site progress reporting.

 Willingness to work full time at project sites and coordinate directly with contractors, subcontractors and workmen.

Important: Candidates should be comfortable with hands-on site supervision and day-to-day execution responsibilities.





Position Overview The Junior Site Engineer - Civil will support day-to-day execution and supervision of civil construction activities at project sites. The role involves monitoring RCC and finishing works, checking drawings and site measurements, coordinating with contractors and consultants, maintaining quality and safety standards, tracking progress and quantities, and maintaining essential site documentation. The position is suitable for an early-career civil engineer who is technically sound, detail-oriented and willing to develop strong hands-on site execution experience.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per month
