Role Description The Area Manager Home Loan Prime is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad. The individual in this role will oversee home loan business operations within the assigned area, including driving sales targets, managing a team of sales and relationship professionals, and expanding the customer base through direct and partner channels.

Responsibilities include monitoring portfolio quality, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines, and optimizing processes for effective loan sourcing, documentation, and disbursal.

The Area

Manager will build and maintain relationships with key partners such as builders, real estate agents, and corporate clients, while providing guidance and support to team members to achieve performance goals. The role also involves analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and coordinating with cross-functional teams such as credit, operations, and collections to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data,



assess portfolio performance, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess skills in Finance and Financial Services to understand lending products, risk frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Accounting and Auditing to ensure accurate documentation, compliance, and adherence to internal controls.
- Relevant academic qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, business administration, or a related field; a postgraduate degree or professional certifications (e.g., CA, MBA, CFA) are an advantage.
- Proven experience in home loans, mortgage lending, or retail lending, preferably in a managerial or area leadership role.
- Strong people management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills, with the ability to lead teams and collaborate across functions.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and familiarity with local Hyderabad market dynamics is beneficial.
