JOB DETAILS Social Media & Digital Presence

- Manage and grow HAC Foundation's presence across all social platforms
- Plan and execute content calendars aligned with organizational priorities
- Build and engage an online community through consistent communication and storytelling
- Monitor interactions and ensure timely responses

Branding & Content Strategy

- Ensure consistency in brand voice messaging and visual identity across channels
- Develop compelling content including impact stories, donor communication, blogs, and newsletters
- Strengthen brand positioning to enhance visibility, credibility, and trust
- Collaborate with design and program teams to create high-quality communication assets

Campaign Management (Awareness & Fundraising)

- Conceptualize and execute integrated campaigns across digital platforms
- Translate programmatic impact into engaging narratives
- Support fundraising campaigns through targeted communication strategies
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance insights

Data Analytics & Insights

- Track and analyze performance across social media campaigns, website, and communications
- Generate actionable insights to improve engagement, conversion, and outreach
- Develop periodic reports and dashboards to support decision-making




- Use data to refine content strategy and audience targeting

Website Management

- Manage and update website content including impact stories, blogs, and program pages
- Ensure user-friendly navigation and optimized donor journey
- Implement basic SEO practices to improve discoverability
- Coordinate with vendors/tech teams for enhancements and maintenance

Donor Engagement & Communication

- Develop and execute communication strategies for donor engagement and retention
- Create personalized and mass communication such as newsletters, updates, and reports
- Support fundraising efforts through storytelling and digital outreach
- Build meaningful engagement with existing and potential donors

Volunteer Engagement (Communications)

- Recruit, onboard, and manage volunteers supporting communications and campaigns
- Enable volunteers as digital ambassadors of HAC Foundation
- Ensure ongoing engagement, coordination, and recognition

Events & Outreach

- Support planning and communication for events, campaigns, and public engagements
- Manage event promotions, outreach, and post-event coverage
- Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to amplify visibility
