Position: JE / AE / SE Contracts & Claims

Location: Head Office, Hyderabad

Experience: 4 - 12 Years

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech Civil Engineering

Industry: EPC / ECC / Infrastructure / Construction

We looking for Civil Engineers with 4 – 12 years of experience in Contracts & Claims from reputed EPC / ECC / Infrastructure / Construction companies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contract review and administration including GCC, SCC, BOQ and contract conditions.
- Preparation and follow-up of Claims, EOT, Variations and Extra Items.
- Review contractual correspondence and identify contractual implications.
- Coordinate with Project, Planning, QS, Billing and Commercial teams.




- Assist in preparation of Final Bills / Final Accounts.
- Maintain contractual records, claims documentation and MIS.

Requirements:

- B.E. / B.Tech – Civil Engineering.
- Relevant experience in Contracts & Claims.
- Robust exposure to construction contracts, claims, EOT and variations.
- Mandatory: Exposure to at least one project's Final Bill / Final Account.
- EPC / ECC / Infrastructure / Construction company experience preferred.
- Knowledge of FIDIC will be an added advantage.
