Job For Inhouse Sales in RajkotReputed FMCG Company Requires Inhouse SalesResponsibilities

- Handle incoming leads and enquiries from IndiaMART, TradeIndia & other online platforms.

- Contact customers through calls, WhatsApp and email.

- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable FMCG products.

- Share product details, quotations, pricing and catalogues.

- Regularly follow up with leads and convert enquiries into orders.

- Maintain customer and lead records in CRM/Excel.

- Develop recent B2B customers, dealers and distributors.

- Handle customer queries and provide timely solutions.

- Coordinate with dispatch/accounts teams for order processing.

- Maintain good relationships with existing customers.

- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.

- 0-2 years of experience in inside sales / tele-sales / B2B sales preferred.

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office.

- Experience handling IndiaMART/TradeIndia leads will be an advantage.





- Basic CRM/ERP knowledge preferred.

- Confident in handling calls and customer communication.

- Target-oriented and positive attitude.

- FMCG sales experience will be an added advantage.
