We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Merchandiser with 1–3 years of experience in the garment, fashion, or ethnic-wear industry.

The candidate should have good knowledge of women’s ethnic wear, fashion trends, product assortment, stock movement, and customer preferences. The role will involve coordinating with various teams to ensure effective product planning, availability, and merchandising.

Key Responsibilities

- Research fashion trends, market trends, and customer preferences in women’s ethnic wear.
- Identify new designs, products, and collection opportunities.
- Manage product selection, assortment planning, and collection development.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Design, Production, Inventory, and Sales teams.
- Monitor stock levels, product movement, and availability.
- Track fast-moving and slow-moving products and suggest necessary actions.
- Analyze sales and product performance to improve product assortment.
- Ensure accurate product details, pricing, categorization, and availability.
- Support new collection launches, seasonal ranges, and promotional activities.




- Maintain merchandising reports, product records, and required documentation.
- Monitor competitor products, designs, pricing, and market activities.
- Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely product availability and execution.
- Identify and resolve merchandising and product-related issues.

Requirements

- Experience: 1–3 years in merchandising, preferably in women’s ethnic wear, garments, or fashion.
- Good knowledge of ethnic-wear fabrics, designs, products, and current trends.
- Understanding of product assortment, inventory movement, and sales performance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Good analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced fashion environment.
- Solid interest in fashion, trends, and customer preferences.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
