Job Title: Electrical & Electronics Engineer (EEE) Entry to Junior Level

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Electrical & Electronics Engineer (EEE) to assist in the design, testing, maintenance, and production of electrical systems and electronic components. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring equipment efficiency, safety compliance, and operational reliability across electrical assemblies and control systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design & Integration: Assist in designing, prototyping, and testing electrical circuits, control systems, and power distribution units.
- Testing & Inspection: Conduct functional and safety tests on electrical panels, PCB assemblies, generators, and electronic devices using multi meters, oscilloscopes, and testing software.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance on electrical equipment, motors, switchgears, and control systems to minimize downtime.
- Production & Assembly Support: Oversee production processes, ensure adherence to wiring diagrams/schematics, and implement quality control protocols.




- Documentation: Prepare technical reports, component specifications, maintenance logs, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all electrical systems comply with safety standards, industrial regulations, and company guidelines.

Key Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma or ITI in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) or a related field.

- Technical Proficiency:
- Knowledge of electrical schematics, PCB layout design, circuit analysis, and power electronics.
- Familiarity with software tools such as MATLAB, AutoCAD, LabVIEW, or PSPICE is a plus.
- Understanding of PLCs, microcontrollers, switchgear, and control systems.
- Practical Skills: Experience with testing instruments (multi meters, oscilloscopes, signal generators) and hand tools.
- Soft Skills: Solid analytical problem-solving, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
