Role Description This is a full-time, on-site ITI role based at Bansal Wire Industries’ facility in Dadri. The role involves operating and maintaining machinery used in wire manufacturing, performing routine checks, and reporting any faults or irregularities to supervisors. The ITI professional will assist in production processes such as setup, calibration, and monitoring of equipment to ensure product quality and adherence to safety standards.
Daily responsibilities include following work instructions,
maintaining cleanliness of the work area, supporting preventive maintenance activities, and coordinating with quality and engineering teams. The role may also involve basic record-keeping related to production, maintenance, and safety compliance.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess an ITI certification in a relevant trade such as Fitter, Electrician, Turner, or Mechanical.
- Candidates should possess skills in operating industrial machinery, basic troubleshooting, and routine maintenance.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of workplace safety practices, use of PPE, and adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Candidates should possess basic technical reading and writing skills for understanding manuals, instructions, and recording production or maintenance data.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work in a manufacturing environment, follow instructions, and collaborate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Prior experience in steel wire or metal processing industries will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to production schedules is preferred.
