We are looking for enthusiastic and technically interested ITI Electrical freshers to join our Solar Projects team. The candidate will receive practical training and gain hands-on experience in solar power system installation, electrical works, and site execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of solar power systems.
- Support electrical wiring, cabling, and panel installation at project sites.
- Assist technicians and engineers in daily site activities.
- Handle basic electrical tools and equipment.
- Follow electrical safety standards and site safety procedures.
- Support maintenance, troubleshooting, and inspection of solar installations.
- Travel to project sites as required.
Requirements
- ITI qualification in Electrical.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and wiring.
- Willingness to work at project sites and travel as required.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Job Details
- Job Type: Full-Time

- Salary: ₹15,000 per month (during training, negotiable based on company policy)
