Job Title: Trainer / IT Faculty

About the Role:

Placement Point Solutions is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Trainer / IT Faculty to join our team in Chennai.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver in-person and online training sessions on core IT subjects like datascience, cybersecurity, dataanalytics and emerging technologies.
- Create and manage training content, lesson plans, and hands-on practice exercises.
- Support students at different learning levels with guidance and mentorship.
- Track student progress through assignments, assessments, and interactive discussions.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and tools in the IT industry.
- Maintain student records and feedback data.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Languages:



English is essential. Knowledge of Tamil, Hindi, or other regional languages is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Certifications (Advantage): Prior training experience or certifications in IT courses.

Required Skills:

- Strong understanding of at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java).
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging way.
- Willingness to commit to an 24-months agreement with the company.
