We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Engineer to manage day-to-day site IT operations, end-user support, and local IT infrastructure. The role will serve as the primary IT point of contact at the site and coordinate with HO IT teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage site IT operations, end-user support, laptops, desktops, printers, applications, and connectivity.
- Provide priority IT support to Directors and senior stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, and network infrastructure.
- Handle basic CCTV/NVR, IPPBX, and IP Phone support.
- Manage IT assets, inventory, maintenance, incidents, and documentation.




- Coordinate with vendors, Admin/Facilities, and HO IT teams.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and procedures.
- Support projects, infrastructure improvements, and other company sites as required.
- Willingness to work in rotational day/night shifts when required.

Required Skills:

- Cloud networking – AWS/GCP

- Robust communication and stakeholder-management skills

Ideal Experience: 4–6 years in IT infrastructure/site IT operations.
