Qualification: Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field
Key Responsibilities
- Provide IT support for computers, printers, internet and Wi-Fi.
- Install/update software and manage user accounts.
- Basic CCTV/DVR/NVR support and monitoring.
- Maintain backups and IT asset records.
- Coordinate with hardware, internet and CCTV service providers.
- Support staff and resolve day-to-day IT issues.
- Visit branches for IT support when required.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of IT support experience preferred; freshers with practical knowledge may apply.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, networking, Wi-Fi and CCTV.
- Google Workspace knowledge preferred.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Willingness to travel to branches.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
