Job Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain computers, servers, networks, routers, and IT infrastructure.

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows, Ubuntu, hardware, software, printers, and Xerox machines.

- Manage data backup, restoration, antivirus, email, and ERP systems.

- Maintain P2P leased-line connectivity and coordinate with service providers.

- Handle biometric attendance and Saral PayPack payroll software support.

- Install and maintain CCTV surveillance systems.

- Troubleshoot IT systems connected with industrial machines such as RTR, UT, and Spectrum machines.

- Develop and maintain database applications and departmental reports.





- Provide ERP and technical support to all departments.

- Coordinate with third-party IT vendors for maintenance and technical support.

Requirements

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 5 years of relevant IT/EDP experience, preferably in a manufacturing Unit.

- Positive knowledge of Hardware, Networking, Windows, ERP, CCTV, and IT troubleshooting.

- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
