Key Responsibilities

✅ Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, social media, networking, and other channels.

✅ Connect with potential clients, understand their requirements, and present suitable IT solutions and services.

✅ Develop a strong understanding of our IT products and services to effectively communicate their benefits.

✅ Manage leads, conduct regular follow-ups, prepare quotations/proposals, and support the sales process.

✅ Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.

✅ Conduct market research to identify recent business opportunities, customer requirements, and competitor activities.

✅ Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.





✅ Maintain proper records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.

Requirements

✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

✅ Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.

✅ Basic understanding of IT products and services.

✅ Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive approach.

✅ Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.

✅ Quick learner with a positive attitude.

✅ Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.

✅ 1+ year of experience in IT Sales or B2B Sales is preferred.

✅ Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills may also apply.
