Job Purpose

Set strategic direction for enterprise-wide model risk and AI governance while driving cultural transformation and innovation. Provide executive leadership in shaping organizational approach to model risk and AI governance while managing C-suite relationships and regulatory expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Model Risk Governance

Set strategic direction for model risk and AI governance

• Lead Model Risk Management Committee and AI/ML Council

• Oversee model risk policy framework and AI governance strategy

• Ensure regulatory compliance and manage senior stakeholder relationships

• Drive standardization initiatives and oversee policy development

• Lead regulatory relationships and ensure adherence to governance frameworks

• Develop and implement AI governance strategies

• Lead team of professionals and manage performance

• Drive career development programs and oversee strategic projects

• Implement systems and drive automation initiatives

• Risk Management

• Oversee model risk assessments and AI risk management

• Manage validation frameworks and emerging risks

Education:

Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, AI, Machine Learning, or Computer Science, or MBA in Finance.

Certifications:

AI/ML certifications preferred, leadership/management certifications valued.
